A Review on Development of Artificial Intelligence Chips

Artificial intelligence is an emerging field of computer industry. One of the most important parts of this field is artificial intelligence chips. These chips form the hardware part of each artificial intelligence application and according to their abilities; the application’s performance would change. This paper is dedicated to analyze artificial intelligence chips, their types, properties, and global trends. Also, a review on artificial intelligence acceleration chips and a comparison between the most famous chips has been done. At the end, the future trends of artificial intelligence chips have been studied.
