to evaluate pathologic features of black disease This research has been conducted factors on the artemia samples that were supplied from and to survey predisposing artemia. 500 neopilus of artemia were included in this study. urmia research center for in to groups randomly. They artemia stained with Fontana histochemistry and hematoxilin-Eosin. Histological studies were intracellulary. showed that Black spots in various sizes were present interstitially and were melanin. They Fontana histochemical staining indicated that the black spots out of 500 artemia were 40 .accompanied necrosis, degeneration and reduced tissue cells showed the signs of black disease and (died till maturation. 60 percent of them (n=276 The black spot were observed macroscopically .50 percent of disease (n=138) were died body and especially on thoracic appendage and gills. on antennae under exoskeleton the it was indicated that black spots were present in epithelial ,In microscopic observation tract, muscles and ovary.
