Specifying the environmental consistency indexes on Rasht tourist recreation complex

Tourism is one of the main elements of relocation motivations development, decreasing working time, increasing recreation time resulted from it and improving relocationconditions is a known procedure of tourism actions division which is accompany by the residing time and often traverse distances and has become essential component in motivation growth and short tourism relocation. So midway welfare service complexes have efficient role on increasing travel volumes in roads and tourism development. Todays according to the transportation development especially road transportation and development of transport production technology and development and variety of traffic, provision of services to passengers and drivers along ways has changed substantially and their needed services have changed from the variety, quality and quantity perspectives. Tremendous road transportation development in Iran and the country road network from one hand and chaotic disperse and welfare services places inefficiency along the roads from the other side have resulted so many problems for passengers and drivers. The aim of this project is introducing practicable ways for designing midway resident and recreation complexes to use tourism industry along local societies revenue. Human activities has resulted in changes on earth which negative effects threatened human and all creatures lives. As scientists and specialists who have studied environment and nature from different perspectives, deduced that if the man continues these activities, living on the earth will be impossible for him and other creatures. This research is based on descriptive- analytic field method. This research has been gathered by field and observation method. In this research for theoretic framework codification, first the subject literature and theoretical bases discussed in details by the documented way, and then by analyzing present approach, the discussions deducted logically and so conceptual framework codification. So, beside environmental consistency quality index quantity analyzing of indexes has been done using questionnaire designing based on sample volume and by SSPS software. The research findings shows that midway tourist recreation complexes replication to tourism need and it’s effect on tourist attraction is very high. And also it can be deducted that the connection between midway tourist recreation complexes’ architecture and the region natural elements, using existence region rich architecture in designing is depended
