چکیده مقاله:

Background: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational support with job -family conflict and life & job satisfaction among professional women coaches in Isfahan city. Materials and Methods: The type of this study is descriptive-survey. Statistical population was female coaches of Isfahan city which according to the Department of Sport and Youth , they were estimated 289 ones. The sampling was random-class and 208 female coaches were chosen in ten fields. Data has been collected by 4 questionnaires, which its calculated validity coefficient through Cranach’s alpha (between α =0.84 and α =0/90). Results: The results of the research indicate that organizational supports have a positive and significant relation with job satisfaction (p<0.05, r = 0.63) and also life satisfaction (p<0.05, r = 0.40). The results also indicate the direct effect of sport organizations and club supports from coaches on their life satisfaction. Conclusion: job satisfaction somehow mediates the effect of organizational support and the contradiction of family-job of the life satisfaction
