چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of LSD and Interval training with green tea on cardiovascular endurance and body composition of obese men. The present research is aimed at the field of applied research and the type of method of a quasiexperimentalresearch. According to the completed questionnaire, the population was stratified, in 3 groups, LSD exercises with green tea consumption (10), INT-training exercises with green tea (10) and control group (10). The LSD exercise protocol included 35 minutes of aerobic running and 70% of the maximum heart rate each person was given for 8 weeks and three sessions per week. Also, training sessions for 8 weeks and 3 trainingsessions per week were designed and designed. It turned out Each training session consisted of 15 2-minute sets with 60 seconds of active rest (walking). Indicators of cardiovascular endurance and body composition of participants in the study were measured with a walking test of 1700 meters and a bioelectric device, respectively. How to consume green tea so that each meal contained one cup (3 grams) of dry green tea in 200 ml of boiling water and cooked without heat for 6 to 8 minutes. The amount of green tea was 400 mg per 200 ml for each use (according to tests conducted at the Institute for the Study of Medical History, Islamic Medicine, and Supplements). During the day, each person spent 3 times this amount (morning, noon, and night). To analyze the hypothesis of the research, ttest and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. Meanwhile, Kolmogorov- Smirnov test was used to investigate the normal distribution of data, meaningful level for all calculations (p <0.05). Statistical findings showed that both exercise methods and green tea supplementation had a significant effect on cardiovascular endurance indices and body composition (fat percentage) .And in comparison between groups, the results showed that LSD exercises Compared to the standard exercises, it has had a better effect on the two measured variables, which is the effect that the cardiac endurance Vomit increase and bodyfat percentage fell subjects.
