چکیده مقاله:

In these days by developing of Internet and increasing of competition in business environments, companies must put their traditional form behind and turn into new form by the name of E-commerce. This step (transforming traditional form of business to new from) has been done in developed countries and it is necessary for developing countries to step forward and prepared their businesses for transforming and implement e-commerce.in developing countries because of wars and political issues there is a lack of using e-commerce. these countries have potential to use the modern technology and communicate with other businesses in worldwide and use of the benefit of e-commerce. Because of the importance role of internet in businesses, companies couldn’t deny the profits of business over the internet (decreasing the inventory cost, decreasing total cost, increasing customer satisfaction, …) So it would be so helpful if businesses get to know the challenges of implementation of e-commerce that may cause problems for them. This paper is up to identify the major challenges.by recognizing these challenges, companies will be able to confront them and reduce the affection of challenges in their business and evaluate their current situation that Do they need business process improvement or business process re-engineering.
