چکیده مقاله:

Purpose of this survey is evaluating training institute’s performance with equally scorecard. It decrease deficit due to men tallish and managers’ selective attention (Evaluators) in performance indexes evaluation. Unification in obtaining to evaluation purpose by considering every index contribution and every index group. In this survey they use descriptive- survey method and their application purpose and library data gathering method is filial. They use mix method for data processing and in the first part frequency distribution tables relative to sexuality, ague and organization employees evaluation level and they used kolmogrove -Simonov tees for affirming data normality. Then they use test for reject or accept hypothesizes
