Image processing application for measuring the Biomechanical parameters in Clean and Jerk style of weightlifting

One of the weightlifting problems is the lack of engineering analysis that improves the level of weightlifter s performance by improving their characteristics of kinematic and kinetic of technical work phases. In this paper, it moved on the clean and jerk weightlifting style and have examined a method for improving the player’s performance based on image processing technology. Therefore, in the present study, it is introduced a method for measuring the angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration of main joints of weightlifter hands and feet (arm, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle). Using image processing to introduced a novel and standard pattern of applying this technique.
