An Analysis of public- private partnereship in irans health care system

There is a belief that contracting out as reduced unit cost (60%), increased access(80%), and improved q2uality of servises contracted (40%). Like the overral government system the health system of iran is highly centralized. Almost all decisions regarding general goals, policies and allocation of resourses are made at the central level by the ministry of health and medical education (MOHME).
