The wire and cable industry has remarked as an intensive customer of natural raw materials. Such as Cooper, PVC, P.P , Master batch. So it is a need to evaluate sustainable manufacturing in this industry. In recent years, performance evaluation of sustainable operations has attracted asignificant amount of research. This paper using data envelopment analysis approach, trying to assess the sustainable manufacturing of wire and cable industry. In order to using dataenvelopment analysis, we must select a number of inputs and outputs. Each index, define a type of cost or benefit that are now impose to the company. Our innovation is combining DEAapproach and Sustainable manufacturing in order to improve the performance of sustainable manufacturing. This paper proposes to show which one of sustainable manufacturing s factors isin high performance so that which one is in low performance. So the wire and cable company for improving it s sustainable manufacturing need to know what it should do We determined 3factors that each factor has some indicators. Every indicator has an input (cost) and out put (benefit). DEA approach can determine the benefit-cost ratio. Combining DEA approach andsustainable manufacturing can help us to improve the indicator of factors.our factors are Economic, Environmental and Social. The results determine which one of factors are weak. So the management of the company know where and how should work more than to improve company s sustainable manufacturing.
