چکیده مقاله:

This research designed to examine the relationship between work-family conflict and the staff organizational citizenship behavior in Shiraz University of medical sciences.Work and family are two important aspects that make up our world. These two environments influence Comprehensive health. Discrepancies and conflicts between these two environments Given the grave consequences on individual, family, organization and society This was a cross-sectional study conducted is Shiraz university of medical sciences in 2015. The study population consisted of employees in central building of Shiraz university of medical sciences (1100 person).The sample includes 285 subjects based upon Krejcie & Morgan (1970)table.The data gatherings tools have been two standard questionnaires. It should be noted that the data from this study was analyzed by using the spss software according to the result, there is a negative relationship between work – family conflict and organizational citizenship behavior
