ON A MINIMIZATION OF ONE FUNCTIONAL OVER DOMAIN

In the work we consider one optimization problem relatively domain for the functional involving eigenvalues of the Laplace. The ain of the work is to find a conditions under the which the considered problem has a solution and give optimality condition. Such kind of problems have strong relations and give optimality condition. Such kind of problems have strong relations with several applications as for instance the stability of vibrating bodies, the propagation of waves in composite media, the thermic insuletion of conductors.
