چکیده مقاله:

Because of causality relation and existence of different determinant variables and parameters such as type and level of land use, location of land use, number and pattern oftrips which are produced or attracted from or to land use, style of accessibility to land use and socio economic variables (for example: population, occupation, personal carownership),measurement of interactional effects between land use and transportation in urban areas is a complicated act .Certainly, the interaction between land use and transportation should be recognized in development of trip demand models ( tripgeneration, trip distribution, modal split and traffic assignment) to make the best decision in making clear the policies and to perform efficient projects. In this article, the present models of production and attraction of trips those have been divided to the purpose of trips inTehran comprehensive traffic and transportation studies ( 2003- 2021) are developed on the basis of land use types. In this manner, after organizing a data base of produced and attracted trips from and to land uses separated by traffic zones, models are presented in regression form divided to land use types. These models also will use in urban planning in Tehran.
