Today, business intelligence has become a key component in all large successful companies. Of course, initiatives to deploy business intelligence in different companies have led to varying degrees ofsuccess. In the case of proper implementation, business intelligence becomes a key factor in the organization's main competition, but in thecase of wrong implementation, it will lead to expensive mistakes in the organization. In this paper, it is attempted to identify and rank factors affecting the failure of business intelligence in organizations. In this way, beginning with a review of resources and specialized sites and interviews with a number of experts, 8 main factors for the failure of nosiness intelligence projects in organizations were identified. Then, using interpretative structural modeling, the impact and the importance of each was determined and finally, the factors were classifiedaccording to their dependency level and power of influence. Later, it was found that among these factors, lack of support from senior management and a lack of training had the most important role in the failure of business intelligence projects.
