The modern meaning of productivity is optimum use of organizational resources in order to achieve efficient and effective goals. Productivity
issue is one of the modern and efficientdiscussions of economy and management in organizations. Optimum use of the resources is in fact an art which has taken excellence by using proved principles and equations in management and economy. This research aiming at investigation and compilation of structural model of improvingproductivity of human power
was conducted as case study in Iran Khodro Company. also Identifying relationships between variables affecting the productivity of human resources, especially the effect of each factor on the productivity of employees was done according tothe globalization process and competition
increase. The methodology was Fundamental correlation and survey (Descriptive and inferential statistics) and the statistical communitywas a random sample among the employees of Iran Khodro Company. In this research in addition to library studies Researcher designed questionnaires was used and its validity was investigated by Cronbach alpha coefficient and its result was 93%. Also gathered data wereanalyzed by using the output of SPSS software and 9 effective factors on productivity of human resources were identified by the Results of regression analysis in order to design and codify the model. Also in addition to model design applied suggestions were presented in 2sections.
