چکیده مقاله:

organizations are not independent of human resources and still need to beplanned and managed by human beings; hence, it is needed to give specialattention to human resources management and development and do the best toprovide the welfare facilities for them and their family members. Since thebeginning of the twentieth century, human societies have been undergonestartling and exciting developments; however, the developments have notbeen free from defects. Issues such as productivity, motivation, conflictbetween management and employees, lack of employees’ commitment to theorganization, and so forth are cases proposed in relation to human resourcesmanagement. Currently, interest rates and job satisfaction of employees whowork in offices, especially in public agencies are among the important andresearchable issues of organizations. In fact, organizations should provideconditions to keep their employees satisfied in various areas. According tomost of experts, job satisfaction is considered as one of the most importantconcepts and issues investigated by specialists in management andorganizational behavior as well as industrial and organizational psychologists.The concept of job satisfaction is defined as the interest and positive attitudesand views of employees towards their jobs.
