Study on Effective Infrastructure Knowledge Managementand Sharing in Knowledge-BasedOrganizations

In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge is considered as a critical source of competitive advantage. Hence, knowledge assets managementis essential for enterprises. Nevertheless, this knowledge can lead to improve and upgrade performance of an organization and to gain a competitive advantage when it is shared. Therefore, knowledge sharing is recognized as a key and important element in knowledge management process. This study aims to examine the current state of knowledge sharing, infrastructures, platforms and methods ofknowledge sharing in Khorasan Science and Technology Park. Casestudy of survey type was used to implement this research. Checklist and questionnaire was designedand used to collect information in order to record the results of existing documents content analysis in science and technology parks. It is shown in this research that organizational culture; information technology and knowledge processes have dramatic impact on knowledge sharing and management in knowledge-based organizations. This research is applied in terms of target and it is analytic-descriptive in terms of method. Statistical population includes knowledge-based organizations ofKhorasan Science and Technology Park that their performance is evaluated through random sampling. Analysis of research findings was conducted through software SPSS version 17 that indicates acceptance of all tested hypothesis.
