ABSORPTION OF EUROPEAN FUNDS FOR SECTORAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME IN ROMANIA HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT 2007-2013

In this article we aim to highlight the importance and necessity of implementing the Operational Programme Human Resources Development in Romania. Thoroughout this articlewe will also follow the degree of fulfillment of the overall objective of the operational program, to develop the human capital and increase competitiveness as well as of the specific objectivessuch as: developing a modern labor market, flexible and inclusive ; promoting reintegration intothe labor market of inactive people; promoting entrepreneurship and improving quality and productivity at work; facilitating access to education and the labor market of vulnerable groups.These will be assessed by conclusions and recommendations on the level of absorption of EU Structural Funds Operational Programme Human Resources Development (SOP HRD).
