Food problemand food securityis one of the most fundamental challenges for world’s increasing population. Since consuming antibiotics is increasing in raising poultry, we should be concern about the increase of cancers. Using fewer antibiotics can play an important role in society health. This study is considered to identify the amount of consumers’ willingness to pay for organic broiler by using Heckman two-stage approach. 200 questionnaires were used to measure the amount of consumers’ willingness to pay for this product in Rasht City of Iran. The average consumers’willingness to pay for each kilogram of organic broiler is 21.42% more than an ordinary broiler.
