Investigation of Deconvolution Method To Analysis of Real well tests

Deconvolution transforms variable rate pressure data into a constant rate initial drawdown with duration equal to the total duration of test. In this work, we have compared the results betweenconvolution and Deconvolution outputs by using Feket FAST well test software. Deconvolution offersa viable tool for well-test and production data analysis. Example include infinite radial compositewhich Deconvolution shows second layer properties which couldn’t be able seen in convolutionmethods. It is hoped that this paper will encourage well test interpreters to use Deconvolutionconfidently as part of the well test analysis process.
