Environmental criminology and analysis the Iranian criminal justice system about Environmental crime from the perspective international documents and conventions

2TEnvironmental crime is considered to be a serious and growing international problem challenging the authorities tasked with combating it. Despite the gravity of threat environmental crimes pose to the environment and humans, often such crimes fail to urge an appropriate response from governments and enforcement community. Thus, the legal systems of many countries have taken various measures to combat this phenomenon. Iran's penal system has been forecasted in various environmental offenses in domestic laws. But the flaw in this legislation because of criticism is. Therefore, in this study we have been studied to Iran's penal system on environmental crime in the 1T2Tperspective1T2T of international documents and conventions.
