چکیده مقاله:
Background: Adolescents diagnosed with Conduct Disorder (CD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) frequently experience significant impairments in social functioning, leading to poor peer relationships and chronic loneliness. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a gold-standard treatment for disruptive behaviors, its specific impact on social-emotional outcomes like peer connectivity and loneliness requires systematic quantification. Objective: This meta-analysis evaluates the effectiveness of cognitive-based interventions in improving peer relationships and reducing loneliness among adolescents with CD and ODD, utilizing data from recent scholarly publications (۲۰۲۰–۲۰۲۵). Methods: A systematic search of Google Scholar and PubMed identified relevant randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental studies. Effect sizes (Hedges' g) were calculated for two primary outcomes: peer relationship quality and loneliness levels. Results: Analysis of five key studies revealed a moderate to large positive effect on peer relationship improvement (Hedges' g = ۰.۵۳, ۹۵% CI [۰.۳۲, ۰.۷۴]) and a significant reduction in loneliness (Hedges' g = -۰.۵۰, ۹۵% CI [-۰.۶۸, -۰.۳۲]). Conclusion: Cognitive therapies are effective not only in reducing disruptive behaviors but also in fostering social integration and emotional well-being in this population.
