چکیده مقاله:
This research examines strategies for strengthening resilience in couple relationships and parent-child relationships with a counseling approach. Resilience is defined as the adaptive ability of individuals to cope with psychological pressures, family conflicts, and stressful events. The theoretical framework of the study is based on the interaction of individual factors (such as emotion regulation and problem-solving skills), interpersonal factors (such as communication patterns, empathy, and support), and contextual factors (such as parenting styles and the quality of social support). The intervention section emphasizes counseling programs based on improving effective communication, cognitive restructuring in conflict situations, strengthening emotion regulation skills, teaching problem-solving and constructive negotiation, and improving the quality of attachment and parental responsibility. The expected results show that implementing such interventions can lead to reducing destructive cycles of conflict, increasing the feeling of emotional security, improving the quality of the couple's relationship, and improving the psychological and behavioral adjustment of children. Also, using participatory approaches that are tailored to the needs of the family can make family resilience more sustainable against pressures.
