چکیده مقاله:

The optimal development and operation of the offshore reservoirs, particularly with the objective of increasing the extraction rate, fundamentally necessitates the adoption of advanced and innovative technologies across drilling, pipeline installation, and deep-sea processing. Given the strategic importance of this project, substantial capital investments have already been committed to these critical infrastructures. Consequently, the present study focuses on the precise evaluation and calculation of the systematic risk associated with Arash field in ۲۰۲۴. Beyond risk quantification, a core objective of this research is to propose actionable operational and financial strategies to hedge against and mitigate the impacts of these identified risks. The complexities inherent in deep water exploration and extraction activities demand the deployment of highly specialized equipment and top-tier technical expertise, which directly translates into increased capital requirements. In this context, one vital solution for securing necessary financing and facilitating technology transfer is the negotiation and conclusion of development, exploration, and extraction contracts with major, reputable international oil and gas companies. Such partnerships can significantly aid in risk distribution, technical risk mitigation, and leveraging global operational experience.
