چکیده مقاله:

In today’s dynamic and high pressure organizational contexts leadership style has become a central factor influencing employee well being and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to examine the relationship between different leadership styles including transformational transactional and laissez faire and their impact on employees’ mental health and job satisfaction. Drawing on established theories in organizational psychology the research investigates how leadership behaviors shape employees’ stress levels emotional stability motivation and overall satisfaction at work. A mixed methods research design is proposed integrating quantitative survey data with qualitative perspectives to provide a deeper and more comprehensive analysis. The study also considers moderating variables such as organizational culture and work environment conditions to better understand the complexity of these relationships. It is expected that transformational leadership will be associated with higher levels of psychological well being increased motivation and greater job satisfaction while laissez faire leadership may be linked to higher stress levels reduced engagement and lower satisfaction. The findings aim to contribute to the development of more effective leadership practices and provide practical implications for organizations seeking to enhance employee well being and productivity.
