چکیده مقاله:

Women weavers in the Global South often find themselves locked out of formal financial systems. Many work informally, without collateral, credit histories, or legal recognition. As a result, their remarkable productivity rarely translates into financial security or economic mobility. This paper introduces SHE LOOM, a new model that reimagines the loom—not just as a tool of craft, but as an asset of value. Through blockchain technology, SHE LOOM transforms these tools into digital tokens, enabling women to access capital, attract ethical investors, and retain ownership over their work. By exploring regional challenges and proposing a tokenized framework rooted in real production data, this study outlines how traditional crafts can intersect with emerging technology to foster financial inclusion and gender equity in artisan economies.
