چکیده مقاله:

Taxation is the cornerstone of modern economies, funding public goods like healthcare, education, and infrastructure, while promoting economic stability and social equity through progressive systems. Also, Transparency and democratic engagement, critical for trust and accountability, are embedded through public access to tax data, participatory governance, and real-time visibility, mirroring open fiscal systems. However, traditional tax systems face significant challenges: complexity (e.g., the U.S. tax code’s thousands of pages), tax evasion (e.g., trillions in offshore havens), inequity (e.g., regressive taxes burdening low-income earners), and administrative inefficiencies. Additionally, government bonds, a key revenue tool, are slow and bureaucratic, hindering rapid response during crises like pandemics or economic collapses. The Tax Blockchain addresses these issues by implementing a decentralized, individual income-based taxation system that automates tax collection, ensures fairness, and enhances transparency. Built on a hybrid blockchain inspired by Ethereum’s smart contract ecosystem and Ripple’s high-throughput consensus, it supports enterprise applications, decentralized finance (DeFi), cross-border transactions, and agile government financing, aligning with democratic principles of accountability and public participation.
