چکیده مقاله:

The rapid growth of cryptographic assets has brought innovation but also a surge in sophisticated scams, causing substantial harm to consumers and presenting significant challenges for regulatory oversight. Traditional regulatory mechanisms often react too slowly to the dynamic nature of these threats. To address the problem, this paper proposes the CryptoGuard Alliance (CGA), an incentivized, community-driven platform for the systematic reporting and categorization of cryptocurrency scam methodologies. Contributors would submit detailed reports of scams, which undergo verification and are cataloged in a structured database. Rewards incentivize accurate and timely submissions in the long run. The platform serves a crucial dual purpose: ۱) Directly enhancing user protection by increasing public awareness, providing a dynamic resource of current scam typologies, and equipping individuals with the knowledge to avoid fraud; and ۲) supporting regulatory bodies by providing near real-time, ground-level intelligence on emerging threats, vulnerable areas, and trend analysis to inform proactive policy and enforcement. This crowdsourced approach supplements traditional oversight, fostering a more agile regulatory environment and contributing significantly to building trust and safety for crypto users nationwide and worldwide.
