A Novel Solution for Managing Ownership of Intellectual Property by Blockchain-Based Peer-reviewing: An Enhanced Approach

This study evaluates an enhanced blockchain-based peer-reviewing system for managing digital intellectual property. Building upon our initial research, we have incorporated advanced fraud prevention mechanisms, expert reviewer qualification protocols, improved user adoption strategies, refined technical implementation details, scalability solutions, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Simulation results demonstrate that our enhanced solution reduces fraud rates from ۲.۳% to under ۰.۸% while increasing certification efficiency by ۳۷%. The paper presents a comprehensive comparative analysis with existing solutions, highlighting the technical and operational improvements achieved through integration of state-of-the-art blockchain technologies with sophisticated peer-review mechanisms.
