This paper examines the application of blockchain technology and non-fungible token (NFT) frameworks to address systemic energy crises, with a particular focus on Iran as a case study. Facing simultaneous shortages of electricity, natural gas, and refined fuels despite abundant natural resources, the Iranian economy struggles with inefficient allocation, underinvestment, and governance challenges. This research proposes a novel "۱kW = ۱ NFT" tokenization model that leverages blockchain's transparency and immutability to enable peer-to-peer energy trading, incentivize infrastructure investment, and improve resource allocation. Through analysis of international precedents and technological viability, this paper demonstrates how tokenization could potentially reduce grid losses by ۱۵-۱۸%, mobilize private capital for infrastructure development, and create market-based mechanisms to address pricing inefficiencies. The study concludes that while significant implementation challenges exist, particularly in regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, and market adoption, energy asset tokenization presents a promising pathway toward sustainable energy solutions in resource-rich yet infrastructure-poor economies.
