چکیده مقاله:

For decades, the rules of global commerce have been written by a few, while the many have navigated its consequences. BRICS countries diverse in culture but united in economic ambition are increasingly questioning the centralized structures that dominate international trade. This paper introduces DAO-Commerce, not as a technology in isolation, but as a practical response to economic exclusion, political sanctions, and the systemic inefficiencies that plague traditional trade frameworks. DAO-Commerce is rooted in the principles of decentralized governance. It combines blockchain protocols, smart legal contracts, and self-sovereign identity systems to create a trustless, borderless, and censorship-resistant environment for global trade. More than theory, the framework is validated through modeled scenarios that reflect real geopolitical constraints. Mobile-first design ensures participation at the edge where internet access is patchy, but ambition is not. What emerges is not a utopia, but a plausible, scalable roadmap for inclusive trade. It is not about replacing existing systems overnight, but about gradually shifting the center of gravity, from a handful of decision-makers to the millions who power the global economy every day.
