The increasing demand for secure digital communication has encouraged the development of application-level encryption mechanisms that complement existing messaging platform security features. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Telegram-based secure messaging framework utilizing two lightweight block cipher algorithms, SIMON and KATAN. The proposed system is implemented in Java and integrated with the Telegram Bot API to provide encryption and decryption services through a user-friendly messaging interface. The architecture consists of a Telegram communication layer, cryptographic engine, and key management component. Functional validation demonstrates the successful application of lightweight cryptography in secure messaging environments. The proposed framework provides a practical solution for privacy-preserving communication and offers extensibility for future deployment in resource-constrained environments such as Internet of Things (IoT) systems.
