چکیده مقاله:

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs), as a fundamental component of intelligent transportation systems, require highly efficient, reliable, and adaptive routing mechanisms due to the dynamic and unpredictable mobility of vehicles. While utilizing multiple communication channels simultaneously can increase network capacity and reduce congestion, the primary challenge lies in achieving optimized routing management in multi-channel environments to ensure stable and low-latency data transmission. This paper presents an innovative approach that integrates adaptive channel-quality analysis, dynamic network-state prediction, a multi-objective route selection algorithm, and an intelligent load-distribution mechanism to enable the selection of stable routes and effective data allocation across multiple channels. The proposed method evaluates key real-time parameters—including interference levels, effective bandwidth, vehicle mobility patterns, and link quality—to identify routes that maximize stability while minimizing end-to-end delay. Moreover, the incorporation of a predictive model based on vehicular mobility behavior enhances the accuracy of route-lifetime estimation and significantly reduces sudden link failures. Simulation results conducted in both dense and sparse traffic scenarios demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves substantial improvements in packet delivery ratio, delay reduction, control overhead minimization, and overall network efficiency, compared to existing single-channel and multi-channel routing protocols. These findings indicate that the proposed method is a promising candidate for delay-sensitive applications such as safety alerts, traffic management, and real-time vehicular services in VANET environments. NS۲ network simulator software and SUMO software with user-friendly graphical interface are used to create mobility report files, the results showed that, in terms of packet delivery rate, average throughput, average end-to-end latency, method Compared to other routing protocols (AODV, DSR, A-STAR) have better results.
