International Responsibility of the USA and Israel for Violations of International Law and for Committing Crimes against Humanity in the First and the Second Wars against Iran with an Emphasis on the Massacre of Elementary Students in Minab

Israel started its military attacks on Iran on ۱۳ June ۲۰۲۵. Israel started an extensive air military attacks on Iran targeting Iranian military commanders, Iranian nuclear scientists and civilians. The USA also bombarded the Iranian nuclear facilities on ۲۲ June ۲۰۲۵. A few months after, namely on ۲۸ February ۲۰۲۶, Israel and the USA once again started their (joint) military attacks on Iran at the same time and this time targeted the Iranian Leader, some of the other Iranian military commanders and civilians. These wars started in violation of paragraph ۴ of Article ۲ of the Charter of the United Nations preventing the use of military force by the UN States members against each other. During these wars, the USA and Israel violated the principles and rules of International Law and International Humanitarian Law committing crimes against humanity and war crimes including through attacking civilians and civilian structures. According to the ۲۰۰۱ International Law Commission Draft Articles on International Responsibility of States, States are responsible for “any internationally wrongful acts” which are attributable to them. No doubt these crimes, in particular the massacre of the innocent students of the Shajareh Tayebeh School in Minab, are considered as internationally wrongful acts which are attributable to the States of the USA and Israel. Accordingly, these States are responsible for these crimes and should make reparation and compensate for the loss of lives and damages caused to the property and the officials responsible for these crimes, particularly Trump, and Netanyahu, should be prosecuted and punished.
