Strengthening Organizational Health through Professional Ethics: A Case Study of Urmia Municipality

This research analyzes the interrelationship between the principles of professional ethics and organizational health components within the framework of Urmia Municipality. In the current era, governmental organizations and public institutions like municipalities, due to their extensive and direct interactions with citizens and increasing susceptibility to political and social environments, require the highest levels of ethical commitment and operational efficiency more than ever before. Amidst this, organizational health, as a fundamental criterion of optimal performance and employee well-being, holds strategic importance. This study has been designed and implemented with the aim of clarifying the pivotal role of professional ethics as a key foundation for strengthening the structural, human, and strategic dimensions of organizational health within this public entity.
