The Psychological Impact of Employees on Organizational Processes

In this article, first, mental health as well as mental health in the workplace are defined, along with factors that limit employees' psychological well-being and recommendations for better management. In the next section, destructive and constructive behaviors in organizations are discussed, and in the third section, the concept of ergonomics and its relationship with occupational stress are examined. The purpose of preparing this article is to increase managers' knowledge and encourage greater attention to employees' mental health from various perspectives.
