چکیده مقاله:

In this study, based on the high share of materials and supplies in the basket of consumables of Chabahar Free Zone industrial projects, cost reduction management methods for material consumption are introduced. Proper management of costs is very important for carrying out industrial projects in border areas. The limitations in this project can be referred to workshop machinery and equipment, materials, liquidity, and skilled manpower. Most of the costs are related to materials and equipment. This study was conducted based on qualitative and quantitative methods. Sampling was targeted qualitatively and simple random quantitatively. The statistical population of the research includes existing project managers, project support officials, workshop heads, and those responsible for financing and purchasing in the Chabahar region, which are more than ۵۰ people. The sample size in the qualitative stage is about ۱۱ people and in the quantitative stage is less than ۳۲ people. Interviews were conducted with experienced people and content analysts of the above interviews. Then, the dimensions and components affecting the above issue were extracted and converted into a questionnaire. The validation of the above questionnaires was reviewed using SPSS statistical software. The results of this study showed that purchasing management, human resources, and organizational integrity are more important than other factors in reducing the costs of supplying consumables for industrial projects. Therefore, managers of companies operating in these areas should pay more attention to attracting and retaining efficient human resources, training human resources, and purchasing executive management in order to reduce costs.
