چکیده مقاله:

The Forex market is one of the types of financial markets with the highest daily turnover of all markets. This financial market is decentralized and OTC, meaning that it is not managed by an independent company or group, and it is active ۲۴ hours a day except weekends. Considering the increase in the price of the dollar and the official announcement of the ban on this market by the judicial authorities based on Sharia and legal principles, this article is written in a descriptive-educational manner in order to familiarize yourself with this financial market and the reason why it is illegal from the point of view of jurisprudence. The purpose of the present study is to examine this market itself and the Sharia doubts related to this market, in order to analyze the jurisprudential aspects of these transactions, the required data and information are collected using library tools and receipts. Finally, according to the jurisprudential approach, it is assessed that with the failure of traders in this market, a forced exit of capital from the country has occurred and is causing damage to the country's economic system; therefore, conducting a transaction at the present time has no Sharia justification in view of the expediency of the system, and is also a clear example of usury.
