چکیده مقاله:

This proposal introduces the G.E.N.D.E.R. Model (Gender-Enabled Nexus for Digital Entrepreneurship and Resilience), a transformative pedagogical framework for rural Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Responding to gender majority in classrooms at one of the branches of the University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST), located in a rural area, the model moves beyond conventional segmented approaches. It strategically integrates a gendered analysis with a contextualized English for Specific Purposes (ESP) curriculum, leveraging AI tools to foster cross-disciplinary, entrepreneurial collaboration. Preliminary implementation shows the model empowers students, particularly women in female-dominated fields, to transition from job-seekers to creators of sustainable local enterprises. By turning demographic challenges into collaborative strengths, the framework cultivates a digitally literate, entrepreneurial mindset. This low-cost, high-impact strategy offers a replicable blueprint for fostering inclusive economic resilience and stemming youth out-migration across diverse nations.
