چکیده مقاله:

Land planning focuses on regulating the relationships between human, economic, and environmental factors with the motivation to benefit from the land in order to make proper and sustainable use of human and natural resources. In other words, land planning seeks to arrange the three important components of population, capital, and natural resources. To achieve the most desirable, fairest and most sustainable spatial organization in the land. In this regard, it is obvious that land planning within the framework of approved principles, through the protection of sustainable land uses, increasing productivity, efficiency and economic efficiency, expanding social justice, Elimination of poverty and deprivation, establishing balance and equilibrium in enjoying a reasonable level of development and prosperity in all geographical regions, creating and strengthening economic links within and outside regions, and coordinating the spatial-temporal effects of sectoral, provincial, regional, and national policies. It has acted in various ways to implement the long-term vision goals of the country's development and integrated land management in a feasible, balanced, sustainable and equitable manner. In summary, it can be said that land use planning is a type of strategic spatial planning that, by utilizing Territorial wisdom, knowledge, and insight seek to achieve the following goals: balanced and balanced spatial development of the land while respecting ecological capacity; - maintaining the unity and integrity of the land; - optimal productivity of the land, commensurate with spatial capacities and location, communication, and the sea-based economy; - Special attention to specific territorial areas; - Reducing the gap in the benefits of development among different regions and ethnic groups of the country; - Improving economic productivity and efficiency; - Improving international competitiveness, based on activating neglected advantages and creating new territorial advantages; and - Improving the quality of life of residents of all regions of the country.
