Damage assessment process and its impact on insurance payments

The claim assessment process is one of the key steps in the insurance industry, which has a direct impact on insurance payouts and customer satisfaction. This process includes the identification, assessment and confirmation of the damage caused to the policyholders and acts as a bridge between the policyholder and the insurer. The results of this research show that improving the damage assessment process can lead to a reduction in processing time and an increase in the accuracy of payments, which ultimately helps to increase customer satisfaction and improve the insurer's brand image. This research recommends the managers and policymakers of the insurance industry to optimize the damage assessment process by investing in new technologies and training human resources so that they can provide better services to customers.
