چکیده مقاله:

Employee mental health plays a critical role in sustaining organizational performance, innovation, and workforce stability. In industrial environments, employees are exposed to complex psychological pressures arising from high workloads, rigid cultural norms, and demanding operational structures. Sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and corporate services demonstrate that mental health outcomes are shaped by organizational climate, leadership behaviour, and contextual challenges. Despite a growing awareness of its importance, there remain gaps in integrating assessment, prevention, and promotion strategies into daily operations. This systematic review sought to consolidate existing empirical and theoretical literature on the assessment, prevention, and promotion of employee mental health in industrial and organizational contexts. The goal was to identify effective frameworks, highlight recurring challenges across sectors, and provide practical recommendations for implementation. A structured, criteria-based approach was employed, examining a curated selection of high-quality peer-reviewed sources across multiple industries and cultural contexts. Inclusion parameters ensured relevance to workplace mental health, methodological soundness, and explicit coverage of assessment tools, preventive measures, or promotional interventions. Thematic synthesis allowed classification into three main domains—assessment, prevention, and promotion—alongside an analysis of cross-cutting barriers to implementation. The review revealed that while comprehensive assessment frameworks are available, their application across industries is inconsistent. Preventive strategies—such as leadership reform, cultural restructuring, and workload balancing—significantly reduce workplace toxicity and improve engagement. Promotional interventions, including resilience training, mindfulness practices, and recognition programs, reinforce a supportive climate and help sustain psychological resources over time. Persistent barriers include limited resources, cultural resistance, inflexible scheduling, and sector-specific constraints, all of which demand tailored solutions. Effective mental health management in industrial and organizational settings requires a fully integrated approach where assessment, prevention, and promotion work in synergy. Success depends on leadership commitment, cultural adaptability, and context-sensitive implementation. Embedding these strategies into day-to-day operations enables organizations to shift from reactive responses to proactive well-being cultivation, fostering both employee resilience and long-term institutional performance.
