چکیده مقاله:

This paper examines the concept of open innovation and its impact on inter-organizational collaborations. Open innovation refers to processes in which organizations actively leverage external resources and ideas to accelerate innovation and achieve competitive advantages. In today’s complex and dynamic world, inter-organizational collaboration has emerged as a key approach to realizing this objective. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, this research explores various models of collaboration among organizations, including strategic alliances, business partnerships, and innovation networks. The findings indicate that open innovation enhances innovation processes, reduces product development time, and improves the quality of ideas. Moreover, inter-organizational collaboration enables organizations to share resources and capabilities and benefit from each other’s experiences. However, challenges such as cultural issues, lack of alignment, and internal competition may hinder the full potential of these collaborations. Finally, the paper offers recommendations to facilitate open innovation and improve inter-organizational collaborations. These insights can assist managers and decision-makers in fostering a culture of innovation and effective collaboration within their organizations.
