The assessment of different styles of control and evaluation of organization, ministries, and public systems with control on individual and private merits on them

This paper has paid on the explanation of stages, how, and general contents of evaluation system on performance of country executive units. At first, we explain the role and placement of performance of this organization, in government's performance evaluation on macro-system, then, we draw the characteristics of evaluation system on a proper manner, and the process of design of country executive system, also we consider tree diagram and a mathematic model of performance evaluation. This algorithm, logic, and governed though in this model is as that by performance evaluation indicators, we can scale, rank, designate the strength and weakness points of executive systems, and present guidance, necessary orders for the recovery of actions. (In the other hand, the efficient control on review of the action of manager organization's strength and weakness points on their duties or their goals will be described). Then, prepare a general statistics from public and private merits resulted for evaluate of actions in each executive section, as this model methods of control, and some of the evaluation ways of executive systems will study, and, finally, we will pay on the control management system and efficient evaluation, and atleast we will study the best model of control from the view of islam, nahjolbalageh.
