چکیده مقاله:

Recent advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have opened new possibilities for enhancing educational delivery by incorporating both digital and traditional pedagogical methods. Blended Learning (BL), often referred to as B-Learning, has emerged as a key strategy to integrate face-to-face instruction with online learning environments, offering students greater flexibility in how they engage with course content. The COVID-۱۹ pandemic accelerated the adoption of this hybrid model, demonstrating its ability to maintain educational continuity in times of crisis. As education systems globally transition toward more flexible and sustainable practices, blended learning has proven to be an effective pedagogical approach that optimizes student engagement, supports diverse learning styles, and fosters active learning. This paper advocates for the adoption of blended learning as a cost-effective, flexible, and inclusive method for teaching and learning, capable of fostering innovation in educational practices at all academic levels.
