Project-Based Learning has started to be considered as one of effective strategies that enhance students’ learning, critical thinking, and creativity and applied skills. In this paper, the effects of PBL in different contexts of learning environment with an emphasis on the acquisition of skills, employability, and future success will be discussed. One area of improvement is that the research explains that PBL improves problem solving since students are tasked with undertaking multifaceted, cross curricular projects that demand problem solving and reflective analysis. Furthermore, PBL fosters procedure creativity in that it encourages creative thinking and idea implementation regarding lessons learnt. As applied to higher education, PBL enables the students to link academic content knowledge with problem solving practice or real-life based scenarios that are relevant to their professional practice. It also identifies issues related to the spread of PBL including issues of resources, problem with assessment, and organizational resistance to change but doing this in a framework that seeks to show how it offers new possibilities for the development of education and learning. Analysis of the data shows that PBL is helpful in achieving students’ readiness for the contemporary workforce, as well as developing attitudes, and skills necessary for long-term professional success.
