چکیده مقاله:

This study examines the in vivo effects of berberine nanomicelles (BBR-NM) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced neuroinflammation and oxidative stress in rat brains. The experimental design involved treating rats with LPS and administering BBR-NM at varying doses. Biomarkers indicative of oxidative stress (SOD, CAT, GPx, MDA) and neuroinflammation (IL-۱β, TNF-α) were quantified in brain tissue. Results indicate that BBR-NM administration, particularly at a dose of ۱۰۰ mg/kg, significantly enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity and reduced both MDA levels and pro-inflammatory cytokine concentrations. These findings substantiate that BBR-NM possesses marked neuroprotective qualities in vivo, presenting it as a prospective therapeutic intervention for neuroinflammatory conditions.
