چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the in vitro neuroprotective effects of berberine nanomicelles (BBR-NM) compared to free berberine (BBR) against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced oxidative stress in PC۱۲ cells. BBR-NMs were synthesized using a fast, green method and characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results demonstrated that BBR-NMs, with a diameter of approximately ۱۰۰ nm, exhibited superior protection against ROS production and cytotoxicity induced by LPS in PC۱۲ cells compared to free BBR. These findings suggest that BBR-NM is a promising therapeutic agent for oxidative stress-related neurological disorders.
