چکیده مقاله:

As it has been seen that traditional education system is a bit rigid in changing time and is not able to cope up with the expectations of the learners and society. This paper aims at reviewing modern techniques and approaches of action research that enrich the existing principles of education and diversify the forms of interdisciplinarity. This means that we recommend a shift from current training methods towards the use of artificial intelligence-supported analytics, learning environments, as well as participatory action research that involves teachers and learners both as active participants. This paper aims at analysing the impact of real-time data, adaptability and learning process, and the teacher as a researcher. In reviewing the paper, several major findings are noted based on implementation of evidence-based teaching practices, importance of digital interventions, and teaching experiments for students, as well as professional development for teachers. Last of all, the paper presents policy implications as well as best practices toward institutionalising action research toward the development of future-oriented classrooms and data-driven learning environments.
