Packaging serves as one of the key communication channels between producers and consumers. In today's competitive world, where individuals can provide desired products at reasonable prices and quality, we seek an advantage that extends beyond just the product itself. One noticeable trend is the rise of online shopping. Integration of augmented reality (AR) into packaging not only enhances customer experience and engagement but also serves as a vital tool for data collection and control. This study explores the impact of packaging on e-commerce, emphasizing the creation of positive customer experiences through AR-based packaging, and examining the influence of packaging color and design on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it comprehensively investigates successful branding practices across various industries and proposes strategies for leveraging AR in commerce. The findings emphasize the crucial role of packaging in export. Therefore, paying attention to it is one of the key factors contributing to your brand's success.
